1. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our support team.

  • Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.

2. Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the nature of perfumes and hygiene standards, returns are accepted only for damaged or defective products.

  • You must report issues within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video or photo proof.

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Opened or used products.

  • Products without original packaging.

  • Orders placed using promotional or discounted offers.
