We currently ship all over India through trusted courier partners like DTDC, BlueDart, and India Post.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.

3. Delivery Time

  • Metro cities: 3–5 working days

  • Other regions: 5–8 working days

  • Remote areas: Up to 10 days

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if any) will be shown during checkout before payment.

5. Order Tracking

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS or email.

2. Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the nature of perfumes and hygiene standards, returns are accepted only for damaged or defective products.

  • You must report issues within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video or photo proof.

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Opened or used products.

  • Products without original packaging.

  • Orders placed using promotional or discounted offers.
