Metro cities: 3–5 working days
Other regions: 5–8 working days
Remote areas: Up to 10 days
4. Shipping Charges

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our support team.
Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
2. Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of perfumes and hygiene standards, returns are accepted only for damaged or defective products.
You must report issues within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video or photo proof.
Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
